The project was designed and implemented in accordance with the Saudi Residential Building Code 1102-SBC1101. The smart home system was implemented, and an electric charger was installed for electric cars. The thermal insulation system for the walls was 20 cm insulated block with an 8 cm insulation layer thickness and glass windows.
